DO NOT USE THEM. I had planned my winter trip to Kerala in Dec 2007. I made 4 hotel bookings. They charged me full amount right away but at the very last minute (2 days before I was about to start) they told me they cant confirm my bookings with the hotels. Instead they placed us in really shabby and sub-standard places (which were way cheaper that what i paid for). Also, they are next to impossible to reach out to when you are in trouble. All in all the most worthless travel site EVER!! When i lamented about my problem, they were totally rude. Also their website said that if I used my visa card i would be eligible to upto 25% or 50% cashback.. I got only 5% on my Gold card.. Talk about making bloated promises. Dont go by these guys.. you would loose money, spoil your vacation and have no-one to listen to. Travelguru guys are bunch of cheats. DO NOT USE THEM.
